This course is designed for students who do not fulfill the minimum requirements of the UniKL English Placement Test (UEPT). It is an integrated course with a primary focus on the productive skills. The student-centered course with four major themes will use the communicative approach with a special emphasis on project-based learning. Stimulating exercises and group activities will be employed to motivate students to use the language confidently in various situations.
This course will cover a spectroscopic and separation technique (chromatography) with their application in various area such as environmental control, food technology, mineral science, drugs analysis and many more. The aims of this course is students should be able to gain fundamental knowledge of each analytical equipment and having basic skills in operating the analytical equipments.
